Raspberry Pi Foundation is reporting that they sold over 500,000 Raspberry Pis – the famous credit card sized computer. And this number comes from only one of their distributors.
In case you dont know, Raspberry Pi is a credit card sized single board minicomputer. It is mainly used to teach computer science, but it can also be used as a convenient, portable, small minicomputer for various purposes. It is able to boost up to 1Ghz processor speed, up to 512Mb ram, storage depends on the SD card you put in, and it runs on a version of Linux. It uses a Broadcom GPU.
