Security professional Gaurang Pandya has discovered Nokia is hijacking traffic on some of its phones, causing all your browsing data to be available to them ; websites you visit, tweets you tweet, mails you send. Nokia is doing this even for https traffic, which will encompass your banking activities, or critical logins like email, service providers and private activities.
The company is forcing traffic through a proxy of their own, therefore is able to process all of your traffic through its own proxy servers, or Opera Servers if you use Opera Mini browser.
